Houmal Technology Park (HTP) is a living proof of concept, spanning 3,600 m² of office space, including 1,000 m² of open labs and clean rooms, 1,600 m² of light manufacturing facilities, and a 12,000 m² business briefing center featuring guest housing, training facilities, conference spaces, and event venues.

HTP serves as the headquarters of MultiLane, a multinational high-speed test and measurement company with offices in the USA and Dubai, and proof of concept for Lebanon's capacity to serve international high-tech markets. MultiLane products address critical AI and high-speed network infrastructure and are divided across multiple Business Units, including Data Center Test Solutions for test fixtures and loopbacks and Interconnects for specialized RF and SMPX connectors. Through MultiLane, HTP employs over 450 people and exports 40,000 products per month. MultiLane's success has garnered significant international trust, including a joint venture with Teradyne.

HTP also runs the Houmal Technology Park Academy (HTPA), a non-profit created to bridge the gap between academia and industry and equip the local workforce with the specific skills and training required to deliver world-class network engineering.
