Koura Technology Park (KTP) has a total land surface area of 97,859 m² on which 7 blocks will be constructed, including 1 dedicated parking block that can accommodate 340 vehicles. A total of 76,400 m² of built-up area will be constructed starting with Block A.

Each building will be utilized by multinational high-tech companies allowing for cross-tenant collaboration on innovation initiatives with a focus on producing AI and Data Center Interconnects — e.g. transceivers, DACs, and Active Copper and Active Electrical Cables. All blocks are designed to accommodate production facilities, assembly lines, offices and storage facilities.
